A few years ago, my husband's car had a problem while we were lost in Cambridge.

With two young kids in the back, and the feeling of being totally useless at a time of need, I felt aweful

until an elderly couple stopped their car to help us. They helped to fix the car and gave us directions.

I was so grateful, I almost cried.
